NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETINGS UNDER THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW FOR GREENE TOBACCO ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION

The Sole Member and the Board of Directors of the Greene Tobacco Asset Securitization Corporation will be conducting their respective Annual Meetings beginning at 4:00 p.m. on April 10, 2025 at 411 Main Street, Room 469, Catskill, New York. These meetings are annual meetings. This notice is given in order to comply with the Open Meetings Law.
