Attendance

With County Planning only having 30-days to review a referral, attendance at the monthly meetings is important. Based on Planning Board By-laws three consecutive absences requires notice to a Town Supervisor or Village Mayor of failure to attend County Planning Board meetings.

Due to Federal and State bans on large public meetings or gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 220.1 issued on March 12, 2020 and extended on August 5, 2020 by Executive Order 2020.55 temporarily modifying the Open Meetings Law allowing for remote public meetings and public hearings, to September 4, 2020, the Greene County Planning Board scheduled meeting for August 19, 2020 will be held electronically via Zoom.

Members of the public may view all meetings on the Greene County YouTube channel.

Minutes of all Meetings will transcribed and posted on the Greene County Planning Board page.
