When you call to make an appointment, please tell us if you have insurance, what insurance plan you have and bring a copy of your card. We will then be able to tell you if we accept that plan.
Teens – please read: If you are a minor (meaning you are not 18 years old or older) who is covered under insurance that your parents have, but you are requesting confidential care, you are not required to use your family’s insurance. You may apply for the Family Planning Benefit Program.
If you have no insurance, we have a Certified Application Counselor onsite to discuss health insurance like Child Health Plus, Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans. Please call if you have any questions. We are here to help you get the care you need. Do not let the lack of money keep you from getting important reproductive health care.

Family Planning Benefit Program
The Family Planning Benefit Program can help you get services for free if you qualify. All of your care is confidential. Women, men and teens can apply.

The sliding fee scale means that the cost of your services is based on your income. If you have no insurance and do not qualify for the Family Planning Benefit Program you may go on the sliding fee scale. You do need to provide proof of income. If you do not have proof of income or choose not to provide proof of income your services must be charged at the top income of the sliding fee scale. A variety of cancer screenings are available through the Cancer Services Program. Eligible men and women can receive services through this program.
Early detection of cancer is very important for successful treatment of cancer. Do not neglect yourself! Take care of yourself by having recommended cancer screenings.
Services are coordinated through local partnerships. The services are coordinated by the Cancer Services Program, provide by the Healthcare Consortium. If you qualify for the Cancer Services Program, you may ask to receive your services from Greene County Family Planning or from another provider who is a partner of the Cancer Services Program.
