Shout out to Roxanne Slater, the manager at Rivertown Senior Center. I cooked there today and we celebrated National Senior Citizen Day. When I got there early this morning to cook, Roxanne had prepped the cold suppers and had the items I needed to cook ready for me. She had decorated the center for the celebration and made punch in addition to helping me clean up and wash posts and pans, etc. She is a wonderful employee, very hard-working and dedicated and very kind to the seniors.
