There are fees for serving papers, listed in the following table. All fees are in advance.

Warrants of Eviction $105.00 plus 2 mileages original + 2 copies each $30
Real Property Sales $500.00 Advanced fee required; please call

1st Stage $30.00 plus mileage 5 copies + original
2nd Stage $30.00 plus mileage 5 copies + original
1ST Stage Execution fees must be paid in advance; if Greene County serves 2nd stage, we will bill you. If 2nd Stage Execution is the first service with Greene County fees must be paid in advance.
Property Execution $45.00 plus mileage 3 copies + original

If you are mailing in a paper for service please include a cover letter with your contact information and any additional information that would be helpful for the service of the paper.

All fees are payable to the Greene County Sheriff in advance.
*If Greene County serves 2nd stage execution, we will bill you. If 2nd stage execution is the first service with Greene County, fees must be paid in advance.
