Immunizations and Clinics

Lead, Lyme Disease, & Rabies


Greene County Public Health Department provides immunizations for county residents at our Diagnostic & Treatment Center.

All immunizations recommended for children and adults are offered.

  • A list of vaccines recommended for children age 0 –18 is available here.
  • A list of vaccines recommended for adults age 19 – 65+ is available here.

These immunizations are given by appointment Monday-Friday; please call 518-719-3600 to schedule.

Vaccines for Children

Immunizations for children are available at no cost through the Vaccines for Children Program. Children must meet specific eligibility requirements to qualify for this program.

Parents or guardians are required to accompany their child(ren) to each vaccination clinic as parent/guardian signature is required before immunizations can be administered. A previous immunization record for each child is also required.


Rabies clinics are scheduled throughout Greene County between the months of March – October.

Flu shots are encouraged and available during flu season.

Flu clinics are scheduled for the end of September. Please check back for clinic dates and locations around Greene County.

The Department also provides tuberculosis skin tests and fit testing for N-95 masks.
