The Greene County Public Health Department provides several programs specifically for children.
The Early Intervention Program provides cost free screening evaluations and services for eligible children through age three who have developmental delays.
The Children with Special Health Care Needs Program provides free assistance for children through age 21 in finding medical and related community services (including insurance).
The Preschool Special Education Program provides educational services to children age 3 to 5 who have a disability that affects their learning.
